Citrus Bergamia, or Bergamot Orange, is a fragrant citrus fruit the same size as a regular orange with a yellow or green colour, similar to limes. More famously used to flavour a range of Early Grey teas, as well as many famous branded perfumes, this varietal bursts with fragrance and loads of spicy notes.

Once ginger is infused into the mixture, this becomes a truly memorable sipping drink. Amazingly tasty as a digestif served in a glass filled with crushed ice.
