Tasting Notes

Nose

Strong and spicy, plenty of cinnamon with a hint of sweet molasses.   

Palate

Rich, smooth, full body with hints of almonds & caramel

Finish

Rich earthy spices dissipating right down to the back of your throat

History

The main ingredient in our rum is black strap molasses. That’s all! After fermentation is completed in large vats, the alcohol is then distilled and aged in heavily charred oak barrels ensuring our colour and flavour offer the same classical taste as the traditional English Navy Rum.
