History

Ruby Red Grapefruit, with it’s wonderful sweet/bitter taste, makes the most amazing base for a citrus liqueur. Given the complex taste profile of grapefruit, it was only natural to use honey as the sweetener to maximize the flavours.

Only honey harvested from beehives located in the fynbos areas in and around Cape Town is used.
