Like the potato Vodka, Sweet Potato Vodka is also a challenging undertaking. However, with the correct recipe, the high sugar & starch content of this fine root vegetable is perfect for fermenting and the result is an incredibly fruity experience. Best served ice cold. Ideal for sipping.
